We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and recommending data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and challenges. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Create user stories, process flows, and data models. Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation.
